Conduct Training Need Assessment (TNA) and prepare TNA report
Prepare yearly Training Calendar based on organizational needs
Design and prepare appropriate training materials
Prepare Training and Development Budget in consultation with Head of Dept.
Organize and facilitate training as per Training Calendar
Evaluate the effectiveness of training program after a certain period.
Assist to prepare KPIs for all employees and Departments in accordance with corporate objectives
Perform to measure KPIs with respective Head of Department & Line Managers.
Prepare monthly training report and submit.
