Communicate customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about the products and services.
Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
Provide pricing and delivery information.
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
Maintain Relationship with customers to ensure optimum and secured revenue.
Providing customer service and system performance to increase efficiency (calling, issue letter, accepting/rejecting client’s request).
Prepare Deed of Agreement between Developer & Valued Client.
Dealing with our enlisted lawyer regarding all the legal procedures such as Deed, TPA vetting and so on.
Dealing with various financial organizations to get the disbursement of House loan for the client supporting by providing require documents such as Builders letter and so on.
Communicating regularly with the lawyer, various financial Organizations & with the valued Clients.
Sitting the clients regarding the Deed of Agreement & make them understand all the clauses.
Maintaining strong data base of existing client with all related information.
Preparing sales report.
Regularly update available chart of product segregating various status.
Cash flow forecasting and collection planning.
Regularly follow-up with clients regarding dues collection.
Going outside to the client’s premises for collection.
To be expertise in operating ERP software.
Giving Entry Apartment Information in the ERP Software.
Job Nature: Full-time
Must have a Masters in Accounting, Finance, or any other business related subject.
2-3 Years in reputed Real Estate Organization (preferably in Customer Service Dept.)
