Position: Probationary Officer (PO)
Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC, a prominent Shariah-based private commercial bank, is seeking talented, proactive, and hardworking fresh graduates with a strong academic background to join as Probationary Officers (PO).
Educational Qualifications:
Candidates must have a Post-Graduation from a highly reputed UGC-approved University with the following minimum academic requirements:

| Graduation & Post-Graduation or Equivalent | CGPA 3.00 out of 4.00/ First Class |
Job Requirements:
✔️ Candidates must be self-motivated and proficient in MS Office.
✔️ Willingness to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
✔️ Age Limit: Not over 32 years as of March 16, 2025.
Compensation Package:
Selected Probationary Officers (POs) will remain on probation for 1 year with the following salary structure:

Placement Policy:
- Selected candidates must serve in any branch/office of the bank.
- POs will be placed outside Dhaka and Chattogram city areas.
- Candidates unwilling to serve outside Dhaka/Chattogram should not apply.
Commitment to Serve:
Candidates must sign a five (5) years service agreement with the bank as a commitment to a long-term career.
Selection Procedure:
The recruitment process is merit-based and includes:
