- The US-Bangla Airlines Ltd. (USBA), the premier airlines in the country will hire some self-motivated, enthusiastic and energetic people to work as “Executive” in its Customer Service Department.
- Check In & Boarding
- Taking care of VIP, CIP & Wheel Chair, and any other special need of passengers.
- Ensure excellent customer services extended to the customer
- Taking care of the disabled passengers
- Mishandling baggage issues to be monitored
- Handing customers depending on the situation
- Taking care of the cargoes that are incoming and outgoing, working on overweight charges and baggage reconciliation of flight.
- Work at office
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- BBA/MBA in any discipline from any reputed university
- Candidate with English medium (`O` level & `A` level) background or foreign degree will get preference.
- Age 22 to 30 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Should have good computer operating knowledge.
- Good communication skills
- Should have the habit to work under pressure.
