Job Responsibilities:
1. To coordinate, plan, compile and analyses promotional activities nationwide
2. Monitoring and compiling all displays & POSM photos, sales report and derive post promotions/events results such as launch campaigns, shopper programs, consumer rebates/redemptions, display campaigns, etc.
3. To evaluate promotion campaigns by running reports for trade execution progress and performance.
4. Work closely with internal stakeholders and externally (clients) to ensure execution of trade marketing plans run smoothly.
5. To handle Purchase Requisition/Purchase Order/Goods Received raising and Invoices submission to finance for payment processing.
6. To manage and control Inventory/ Stock Holding.
7. To support in customers databases maintenance.
8. To support on day-to-day administrative work of trade marketing team.
Required Experience:
1. Possess at least Graduate in Business Admin/ Business Studies/ Management or any equivalent discipline
2. At least 2 to 3 years working experience in similar or relevant industry (Field experience is highly preferred)
3. Computer literate and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Word and Power Point) & Power BI
4. Proactive, willing to learn, positive thinking, organized and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
5. Good team player, able to work with colleagues at all levels to achieve business objectives.
