Job Context

  • The US-Bangla Airlines Ltd. (USBA), the premier airlines in the country will hire some self-motivated, enthusiastic and energetic people to work as “Executive” in its Customer Service Department.

Job Responsibilities

  • Check In & Boarding
  • Taking care of VIP, CIP & Wheel Chair, and any other special need of passengers.
  • Ensure excellent customer services extended to the customer
  • Taking care of the disabled passengers
  • Mishandling baggage issues to be monitored
  • Handing customers depending on the situation
  • Taking care of the cargoes that are incoming and outgoing, working on overweight charges and baggage reconciliation of flight.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • BBA/MBA in any discipline from any reputed university
  • Candidate with English medium (`O` level & `A` level) background or foreign degree will get preference.
